Navigating perimenopause and midlife can be exhausting. If you’re dealing with PMS, weight gain, anxiety, brain fog, joint pain, or changes in your skin, I’m here to help.  I am a registered nutritional therapist, health coach, and holistic chef, and specialize in supporting women in their 40s and 50s with personalized, holistic solutions to regain control of their health.

Whether it’s hormonal imbalances, mood swings, bloating, joint discomfort, hot flashes, erratic sleep patterns, or low energy, my approach aims to address the root causes to help you get back on track with your health and well-being. Together, we’ll create a plan to restore your vitality, balance your hormones, and help you feel like yourself again.

What did you find most useful ?  What I found most useful, were simple rules for weight loss that make sense and are easy to remember and incorporate into life on a daily basis. Diana has an easy and informally relaxed approach and is so knowledgeable that you’re able to change habits and put new things into place without any difficulty. If you were to describe your experience?  Life changing – for the first time I really was able to know what it meant to “listen to your body” when it comes to understanding how certain foods affect you, either negatively or positively. When I started to relax and trust the process, as well as Diana’s always excellent advice, I realised I was having fun trying new things and how much better I felt and the payoff was weight loss. The simple principles that I’ve been learning with Diana, I wish I’d known about years ago! ​
