Supporting women through life’s natural transitions. From our early to mid-40s, many of us begin to notice changes in our bodies. Sometimes it’s just small signals we barely pay attention to, other times it feels like a real shift. Hormonal changes, especially during perimenopause are a natural part of life – and yet, they can turn our everyday rhythm upside down. Suddenly, mood, sleep, skin, or digestion start to change, and the steady energy we’ve always relied on doesn’t feel the same anymore.

 

This stage of life can feel very unsettling and like a break from what used to be familiar. Unexpected symptoms can feel confusing and unsettling — making you wonder what’s happening to your body. These changes are often completely natural – but there is so much we can do to feel more stable and at ease again: through the way we eat, live, manage stress, and take care of ourselves.

 

This is where my work as nutritionist and holistic chef comes in. With clarity, empathy, and a personalised look at your health, I’ll help you find ways to restore balance and rebuild trust in your body. Together, we’ll explore your symptoms, daily routines, and eating habits – and develop practical solutions that truly fit into your life. No calorie counting involved – just a focus on what really nourishes your body.

 

Using an evidence based functional nutrition and holistic health framework, I’ll create a personalised plan to support your unique needs and goals—whether that’s through tailored nutrition, simple lifestyle shifts, focused meal planning, or, when appropriate, functional testing and supplement guidance.

I offer bespoke 1:1 nutrition and lifestyle consultations designed to help you reach your health and wellbeing goals through personalised nutrition and practical, sustainable changes.


Each plan is tailored to your unique needs, supporting you in addressing the root causes behind your concerns and guiding you towards lasting change. My work includes:

You’ll receive personalised recommendations that are realistic, practical, and aligned with your lifestyle. Where appropriate, I may also suggest functional testing or supplement support to help inform and guide your plan—always optional and discussed with you before we proceed.

 

As a holistic chef, I also offer nutrition & cooking workshops that complement my 1:1 work—giving you hands-on, practical ways to integrate healing foods into your daily life. How it Works

​Our first consultation gives us space to explore your health story in depth — from current symptoms and lifestyle to dietary habits and potential underlying imbalances. Afterwards, you’ll receive a personalised plan with practical, step-by-step guidance to help you move forward with clarity.

Follow-up sessions provide continued support, accountability, and space to adjust your plan as your needs evolve.

 

I also offer standalone Nutrition Check-Up sessions — a one-off 90-minute appointment that includes a 21-Day Meal Plan and tailored feedback to help you get started. These are ideal if you're looking for a light-touch reset or an entry point before committing to a longer programme.All consultations are available online, making it easy to work together wherever you are and simple to fit into your schedule.

Before You Book

The pricing of my consultations varies depending on how many sessions you book. While one to two sessions are the minimum to get started, real and lasting change — whether it’s for hormone balance, perimenopause support, weight loss, or skin health — usually takes a little more time and consistency.

 

That’s why my packages are designed to give you the right level of support for your goals.

 

To help you get started, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us the chance to explore your needs, goals, answer your questions, and find the most suitable option for you.

What did you find most useful ?  What I found most useful, were simple rules for weight loss that make sense and are easy to remember and incorporate into life on a daily basis.
